Aheadbooks

Aheadbooks publishing house, gives to its website users the possibility to freely explore the content of its web page at http://www.aheadbooks.com. Aheadbooks, also offers registered users the opportunity to use the community features and other information services.

Username and password

You can access the community features once you have chosen a username and password not yet assigned and provided that you have accepted these terms and conditions.

Liability regarding the Aheadbooks user name and abuse

You are liable for the confidential management of the user name and password assigned to you, especially using the Aheadbooks website under your name. Should you find out about any abuse you must inform Aheadbooks immediately. If Aheadbooks discovers any abuse by a member or if it has strong suspicions against anyone, it has the right to expel users from the community and / or restrict their access to functions of Aheadbooks.
Whoever is liable for any abuse is required to reimburse any expenses that arise to the company due to such action.

Additional member liabilities

Users are also required to:
- not provide false information or confounding information about themselves and especially not to register under a false identity or multiple user names;
- not use personal data or information regarding other members in any way.

Privacy - Data protection

The protection of personal data is an absolute priority for Aheadboks. The company will thus ensure the protection of data at any time.

Current law and jurisdiction

Greek law shall be the only law applicable. 
The competent court shall be that of Athens, Greece.

RETURN POLICY 
What can I do if the books I received are damaged? If the package was found to be damaged, please inform us as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to info@aheadbooks.com. Our Teacher and School Support Service will reply to you the soonest possible. How can I return a product that does not meet my requirements? If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 10 working days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and return products purchased online. It is not possible to withdraw from the purchase of digital products (eBooks) or in the case of shipments abroad. I received a product that I did not order, what should I do? If a product you had not ordered is included in the shipment, you need to fill in the relative form in the Contact Us area of our website, specifying in detail the problem. We will launch the necessary check procedure to verify the error. A product is missing from my order, what should I do? If you have not received a product, please fill in the form in the Contact Us area, indicating the missing product. We will provide it as soon as possible. How and when will I be reimbursed? If the order was paid by Credit Card, the reimbursement will be made by cancelling the credit card charge. If the order was paid by Paypal, the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account. By law, the refund must be made within 30 days of returning the products.
